Neishay Ayub, MD

Dr. Neishay Ayub is an Assistant Professor at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She received her MD at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She completed her Neurology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and her Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship as well as her Epilepsy fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. She serves as the Epilepsy Fellowship Director and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer at Brown Neurology. Throughout her career, she has been interested in education, epilepsy surgery, quality improvement, and global and domestic health disparities. She has received several honors and awards, including a Dean's Excellence in Teaching Award and a Neurology Faculty Teaching Award. Dr. Ayub is grateful to join the NDEC Institute to better incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice into the larger Neurology digital community dialogue. She is a graduate of the inaugural NDESP 2023-2024 class.
