Organization Status: Neurology Digital Education Collaborative is a nonprofit limited liability company (LLC) registered in the State of Minnesota.
Tax Status Pending: Our application for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending.
Donations Notice: We do not currently solicit, accept, or process financial donations or charitable contributions. Future fundraising activities will commence only after official tax status determination and in full compliance with federal regulations and the Minnesota Attorney General's Office guidelines.
