What Is Expected of Me?
What sessions look like — and what you'll put in.
Shared Didactic
Whole-group instruction, about 30 minutes.
Small-Group Practice
Resident + faculty tracks apply the skill hands-on.
Reconvene & Share
Lessons learned, back with the full group.
Attend at least 75% of the sessions live. We have a standing time for the whole program.
Sessions are currently the 2nd and/or 4th Thursday of the month, 3–4:30 EST, August–May.
Keep a digital portfolio on Padlet of the work we do throughout the program.
Fill out surveys and feedback forms.
Create a Scholar Showcase project with your mentoring pod and present it in Session 12.
