Evaluating the impact of the scholar's program and the collaboration. We aim to evaluate 1) scholars’ behavior change in digital education skills as a result of the NDESP , 2) scholars’ knowledge, satisfaction, and comfort with technology-enhanced learning, 3) the impact of NDESP participation on the social network of participants over time, and 4) the program’s impact on NDEC scholar productivity and scholarship related to digital education.
